- Marketing product - As you see the contestants battle it out selling popsicles, notice that one of them were able to reach a wider audience by partnering with a guy (with speakerphone). In your business, are you able to reach a person who owns a list or be in a event where you can reach your target market easily? If yes, go for it!
. - Outsourcing for success - The one important point that I picked up from Brad was “The less you do, the more you make!” (at 18 minutes into the video). No, don’t get me wrong. Brad is talking about leverage. What he meant was, outsource all those jobs which you are not experts in so that you can focus on what you are good in. See the video to see what he meant by this.
