I monitor Aweber's uptime availability (using SiteUptime), and so I get email alerts when their website goes down. The bad part about Aweber downtime is that it kills all tracking links, and you get subscribers emailing you "The link doesn't work." Uggh.

Now that I’m aware of when Aweber's down, I can tell my subscribers that the problem is temporary and to try again later. Still, it's really annoying when they go down. Been with them for 3 years now - and this year they've had the most downtime I've ever seen. Not sure what's going on, but it's pretty annoying.

Aweber is down right now - as I’m typing this comment.
